High precision metal works
Ramira is one of the most important romanian suppliers for automated assembly line manufacturers from the automotive industry.
The investments made since 2000 led to better working conditions and improvement in products quality. new numerical controlled machine tools and three-dimensional measuring machines have been installed and the computer system has been improved.
Machine tools
Ramira has machine tools that allow high performance machining for up to 6 meters lengths and precisions in the micrometer range.
Assembly and 3d control
The manufactured items are assembled together to form more complex units, as per the customers specifications. the assembling accuracy can be checked with our high performance three-dimensional measuring equipment.
at our customers' request, we can assemble the electric or hydraulic driving elements on the units.
Design
Some of the 2d and the 3d design can be integrated in the production process. we can make last time changes to the design provided by our clients, just before starting the fabrication.

Assembly and 3d measuring
After finishing the components they are assembled together in more complex units. the assembly accuracy can be checked by the four 3d measuring machines with high performance heidenhain touch probes.
At our customers' request, we can assemble the electric or hydraulic driving elements on the units.

Ramira este unul dintre cei mai importanti furnizori romani de componente pentru producatorii de utilaje automatizate pentru industria auto.
Programul de investitii început dupa privatizare a dus la îmbunatatirea conditiilor de munca si a calitatii produselor. Au fost achizitionate masini unelte noi cu comanda numerica, instalatii moderne de masurare tridimensionala, a fost îmbunatatit sistemul informatic.

Firma dispune de masini unelte care permit lungimi de prelucrare de pâna la 6 metri si precizii de ordinul micronilor.
Montaj si control 3d
Reperele produse sunt asamblate în utilaje ale caror precizie de montare este verificata cu ajutorul unor masini de masurare tridimensionala.
În functie de solicitarile clientilor, pe utilaje se pot monta si elemente de actionare, hidraulice sau electrice.
Proiectarea 2d si o parte din proiectarea 3d a utilajelor se integreaza în procesul de productie din Ramira. 8 centre de prelucrare orizontala, verticala si strunguri dotate cu comenzi numerice de ultima generatie de tip heidenhain, selca, fanuc si osp.

Dupa finalizarea utilajelor, precizia montajului este verificata cu ajutorul celor 4 masini de control 3d, dotate cu rigle de masura si palpatoare heidenhain.
În functie de cerintele clientilor, pe utilajele realizate se pot monta elemente de actionare electrice, pneumatice si hidraulice.
